Associate Board

The Associate Boards of ImpactLife are 20-49 year old individuals focused on building networks, awareness, increasing the volunteer and donor base and supporting special events of ImpactLife. There are multiple Associate Boards geographically spread across the region served by ImpactLife.

Battle of the Boards Summer 2022
Winner: quad cities

The three ImpactLife Associate Boards went head to head this summer to see what group could bring in the most in-center donations, and the Quad Cities crew took the crown!

Because of the hard work of all three groups, the Associate Boards collected 356 lifesaving donations that can make an impact on over 1,000 patients.

FAQs

How many members will be on each board?

At least 7 members and no more than 19 members will be on each board.
What are the board leadership roles?

Each board will have 3 leadership roles, including Associate Board Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary.
What is the time commitment to be a board member?

Board members will meet once every two months with an expectation that board members attend 75% of meetings. Board Chairs will be expected to attend two extra meetings per year at the ImpactLife Headquarters in Davenport, Iowa. Additional meetings may develop as committees are formed.
What is the difference between an application form and nomination form?

All candidates must fill out an application form. Nomination forms are not required but appreciated.
What are the term limits for a board member?

There will be varied term lengths between 1 and 3 years.
