Two Families, one town

Two families of firefighters in Monmouth, Illinois battled pediatric cancer at the same time. Both Ryder (family on the left) and Riley (family on the right) fought bravely against cancer, but ended up losing their battle.

The Monmouth community rallied for both families, and now they host an annual memorial blood drive at the firestation to make sure kids like Ryder & Riley have the medicine they need to stay in the fight.
