Dr. Ruchika Goel, Medical Director with ImpactLife, has recorded an informative video on the ways in which blood transfusions are used to help children receiving treatment for cancer. In addition to her role with ImpactLife, Dr. Goel is a practicing hematologist / oncologist with SIU School of Medicine and serves on the Transfusion Medicine Faculty of Johns Hopkins University.
